The 2011 Echols Carrot Festival got off to a great start with a good turnout. We had a long list of vendors including a ‘stilt walker’. Months of planning and hard work by our Echols Carrot Festival Committee the Festival was on it’s way to a great success.
Just when the crowds started to gather the weather changed to rain and high wind and the event was forced to cancel.
Our next Carrot Festival will be Saturday May 12, 2012 and we look foward to a bigger and better festival. The Echols Carrot Festival Committee would like to thank all the vendors and people that attended.
